A TRUE MEDIA PROFESSIONAL

Mike was a five-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding TV Anchor in Boston and has been inducted into the prestigious Silver Circle of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, recognizing his lifetime contributions to broadcast journalism.

Passionate about veterans’ issues, Mike served for more than a decade as emcee of the Massachusetts Veterans Day Ceremony. He has had the privilege to be the Fenway Park stadium announcer for the Boston Red Sox, and even made a few appearances on the big screen—as a newscaster in films including the hit comedy Ted.

“The media training I received from Mike Nikitas was just what I needed, as I had not done such work before. Mike was great in coaching me, as a complete beginner, into swiftly being more confident with the media – and I still use his lessons today. The best bit about Mike – a TV personality in his own right! – was how professional and friendly he was.”
